I find myself learning so much since making this career move to join the Sierra Club BC.  The knowledge and dedication of my co-workers is inspiring.  I joined the Sierra Club BC in April of 2007 and bring over 23 years of work history in finance and financial management to the team.  I have a college degree in business and enjoy taking courses to upgrade my knowledge – the next task is to conquer my fear of the computer once I leave my accounting program!

Both my husband and I have volunteered for several groups within our local communities but most enjoyed our years in Scouting – a total of 25 years combined!  It was a time for sharing our love of the outdoors with our children and teaching them the joy of the wilderness.  Something we know they will draw on the rest of their lives.  Our whole family loves the outdoors with camping high on the list and this year we all plan to spend more time hiking.
