Rachael Black
Rachael divided her time growing up between both coasts of Canada, in New Brunswick and on Texada Island. She is happy to have found a way to combine her love of the natural world and her desire to work towards it’s preservation with the Sierra Club’s Education team. Rachael completed her BA in History at The University of King’s College in Halifax. She brings experience as a treeplanter, an instructor at Strathcona Park Lodge and most recently as a sea kayak guide on Vancouver Island. On her time off, Rachael loves to travel, play and have fun in the outdoors. She is excited to travel BC with the Sierra Club this year.
